Koeru Mary Magdalene Church with its baroque spire is one of the oldest medieval churches in the Järva County. The church has reliefs on archaic pillars, murals, an altar wall and a pulpit from the XVII century (Lüdert Heissmann) and a large crucifix (Christian Ackermann). In the church yard, you will find the last resting places of the Baer, Wrangel, Benckendorf, Wrede, Knorring and Hoffmann families.
