We are a small bakery in Järvamaa where breads are made using classical methods from the best local organic flour.

The mission of Samliku Pekker is to offer handmade bakery products that are extremely tasty and support the health of the local community. Every loaf is made fresh to ensure the best flavors and quality. We are one of the few bakeries in Estonia that make all our baked goods exclusively with sourdough.

All baked goods are made with 100% organic flours, with sourdough breads and loaves made solely from Estonian organic flour. Therefore, by eating Samliku Pekker's baked goods, you also support Estonian grain growers.

Our bakery in Türi is a place where you can enjoy the moment. Pets are welcome!

You can preorder a sourdough breadmaking workshop where practical knowledge about sourdough and baking techniques is shared, and each participant can get their hands doughy.

One thing is certain: we always have good bread and coffee!
